In one of the most beautiful squares of the Villa, the oldest area of Llanes outside the walled area, is this beautiful apartment. It is an attic duplex, full of light. A wide window opens to the views of the Sierra del Cuera. A cozy place to rest, relax, and enjoy the tranquility of Llanes, its magnificent beaches, and its beautiful surroundings. Picos de Europa is only half an hour away by car.

This apartment in Llanes Center consists of a spacious and bright living room, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms,the main one with a fantastic bed of 1.50, and a smaller one with a bed of 0.90, and two bathrooms, one with shower, and the other with bathtub.

It is important that you know that this apartment is our usual home part of the year. It is only available for rent in July, August and September. It is perfectly equipped, with everything you may need for cooking and living (except microwave). You will also find some personal belongings such as books, cds, and, although in the closets we make room for your clothes, we leave at least one of the three doors with our things. But this one you don’t need to open. If this might bother you, it is better to look for another place. Of course, there is Wifi.

For all these reasons we would like spatially respectful and sensitive guests. This is not a depersonalized rental house. It is a home. This apartment is rented in the spirit in which Airbnb was born.

The location is great. Less than five minutes walk from the beaches, close to bus and train stations. So you can move perfectly on foot. But if you come by car I tell you how and where to park when you are here, on the spot.
